The Dining Room
Located directly on the beachfront, the restaurant comes aglow in the evenings with soft candle-light and beautiful Thai artwork. Dining is available in the open air restaurant, or outside on the rocks overlooking the sea.
Chef Mon and his team present Classical French Cuisine with a Modern Twist, using state of the art techniques and equipment such as Sous Vide and Thermo Mix, and using exceptional ingredients.

HOKKAIDO SCALLOPS : Topinambour puree, sauce almandine, wilted baby spinach, Parma ham, white truffle oil
SNOW FISH : Cuit en “Sous Vide”, saffron and basil infused tomato nage, green asparagus drizzled with crustacean oil and le ratte potato puree
DORADE ROYALE : Crispy skin sea bream fillet, violet artichoke en barigoule, wilted leeks, tomato confit and fava beans
FRENCH QUAIL : Roasted breast of quail stuffed with foie gras, crispy quail legs, potato puree, artichoke, shoyu and quail jus
