Room Rates are inclusive of breakfast
Room Rates are charged per room and rooms are double occupancy unless otherwise noted.
Extra Person Charges
13 years and up - B1,450 per adult sharing
3 years - 12 years - B720 per child sharing
Baby cot for child 0 - 2 years free of charge.
Airport Pickup Service
Pickup service available for B900 for 1 - 4 persons per way, per vehicle. B1,200 for 5 - 8 persons per way, per vehicle.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations one month prior to check in date will receive a full refund of their deposit less a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred. Cancellations less than one month prior to check in, or early checkouts, during low season will be subject to a one room night cancellation fee per room booked at the highest rate during the period staying, plus a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred. Cancellations during high season will be subject to a two room night cancellation fee per room booked plus a 15% admin fee. Cancellations during peak season will be subject to a three room night cancellation fee per room booked plus a 15% admin fee.
Wedding Cancellation Policy
Wedding dates cannot be held without a minimum deposit of B20,000. Further deposits may be required as the ceremony gets closer.
The initial wedding deposit is non-refundable. In the case of further deposits, for cancellations more than 90 days prior to the ceremony date, deposits are refundable by 75% less a 15% admin fee. Cancellations less than 90 days and more than 30 days before the ceremony date are refundable by 50% less the 15% admin fee. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to ceremony date are non-refundable.
