Aziz is an artist, continually creating and inventing a-new. In his twenty nine years he has accomplished much. Having learned the foundations of Classical French Cuisine in the rigors of Culinary school, Aziz was quickly recognized as a talent and rose rapidly to the top.
In his first job at Renaissance KL signature restaurant his Executive Chef put him forward for the prestigious Golden Hats best young chef Malaysia. Despite being the youngest entrant at twenty one, Aziz won the competition and went on to win several Malaysia /Singapore culinary events, Australian Black Box and Chaine de Rotisserie competitions.
Aziz's ability has taken him to five star signature restaurants in Kuala Lumpar and Thailand. Today you can find him in 'the dining room' and 'The Bistro' of Rocky's Boutique Resort.
