Rocky's signature fine dining restaurant, 'the dining room' features the exceptional cuisine of award-winning chef Aziz Awang. Located directly on the beachfront, the restaurant comes aglow in the evenings with soft candle-light and beautiful Thai artwork. Dining is available in the open air restaurant, or outside on the rocks overlooking the sea.
Aziz and his team present Classical French Cuisine with a Modern Twist, using state of the art techniques and equipment such as Sous Vide and Thermo Mix, and using exceptional ingredients.

Hazelnut and black truffle crust fillet of line caught sea bass, cauliflower puree, oyster mushroom beignet and wilted romaine heart
Poached Moulard duck foie gras "au torchon", pickled cherries, brioche, micro greens and cherry balsamic
150 days grain fed Australian beef "Rossini", sauteed foie gras, pain perdu, baby spinach and black truffle sauce
Peppercorn crusted Australian Green Mountain veal tenderloin, potato dauphinoise, roasted baby beetroot, and wilted baby spinach
